A UK employment tribunal rejected Rockstar Games' request to remove blacklisting allegations from an upcoming trial brought by 34 fired workers represented by the IWGB Game Workers union. The trial runs September 10 through October 15. Rockstar dismissed the staff in October 2025 for "gross misconduct" after they discussed studio Slack policy changes in a closed Discord server; the company claimed confidential information was leaked.
